Weekly Rates – 4-person occupancy (Saturday – Saturday)

Cottage 1 (two bedroom): $1350

Cottage 2 (1.5 bedroom): $1250

Cottage 3 (two bedroom): $1350

Cottage 4 (two bedroom): $1300

Cottage 5 (1 bedroom): $1250

Should you require a shorter stay please contact us for availability.  We sometimes can accommodate shorter stays outside of Summer.  Daily rates are $275 per night weekdays and $325 per night weekends.  Minimum stay is required.  This rate varies slightly depending on the time of the year.

Extra person per day: $35

Dock your boat right outside your cabin.  Please contact us if you require a boat rental and we'll help with the arrangements.  Must be reserved prior to arrival.

• $35 per day for each additional person aged 12 yrs+
• Rates subject to tax
• A minimum $300/week non-refundable deposit due on booking; this deposit increased to $500/week during prime season; balance due on arrival (cash or E-transfer); credit cards not accepted. If a cancellation does occur we will refund all but $100 of your deposit if we are able to book your space OR we can transfer your deposit in full to another week of the same year.  Deposits are non-transferable to another party.

• Pets?  We have been known to make some exceptions for some exceptional dogs.  Please contact us for more details.  Extra fee will apply.
• One dock space available per cabin; one additional dock space available at main dock at no charge, subject to availability
• For all rental boats, boaters must show valid boater competency certification.
• All safety equipment for rental boats is provided and must be carried in each boat at all times; when you bring your own boat, this responsibility is yours
• Guests are fully responsible for all  damage to the boat and engines; any damage will be dealt with as fairly as possible.  Minimum $150 fee for prop damage.
